The eggs, bacon and sausage were microwaved not actually cooked. The waffles were good. Alot of choices for a free breakfast.

The room was clean everything was great except for the heat. It was cold the first night and extremely hot the next no control in the room for it. Other than that it was perfect.

Excellent service, clean room, professional staff, great breakfast, and big parking and comfortable. You have parking 24 hours. I’m love everything thanks

My family and I had a wonderful weekend staying here, the staff were helpful and dinning options were just a few minutes into town.

Planned a very last minute overnight stay at the resort. We spent the day walking around Lake George and took a short 10 min drive back to the hotel. We didn’t have to leave again once we checked in. I’m not sure if it’s common practice or not but obviously it says check in was 4 and we checked in at 3, our room was ready at 3:20 but we didn’t know because we were so busy at the water park! The gift shops (as typical) were a bit overpriced but the food at hurricane bay was delicious, we had breakfast at tallpines and it wasn’t AS good as Hurricane bay but it was still very filling. The staff was phenomenal, arcade was fair. My only complaint was the kids running up and down the hall all night but that’s not the hotels fault that’s just poor parenting.
